The name “Bbalwa”, comes from the name Babalwa, which is the second name of our founder. Among many of its beautiful translations, it means “Beautiful Blessing from God”, “Gifted”, or quite simply put “Queen”. It is a name associated with compassion, creativity, reliability, generosity, loyalty and a love for life. All of the wonderful traits that we associate with our brand!
The company was founded in 2022, and is a fully registered BBBEE company with level one compliance and is 100% black owned and managed. Bbalwa Organic’s vision is to be a global manufacturing company , with mutually beneficial partnerships that include relationships with medical professionals, and beauty product suppliers.

Throughout her career, Yolanda has contributed to the development of products trusted by millions of South Africans yet her greatest assignment was still unfolding.
